Type 17A Works No. 7611 shipped from the Ware works of D Wickham & Co. Ltd on 29 January 1957. It was delivered against Order No. 62365 to BR (NER), Greenfield Works, Gateshead, County Durham . It was originally fitted with a JAP 1323 Twin side valve engine (No. DTZ/F 4372/4). Running numbers during its mainline career were DE320514 and DB965096.

Type 27A Mk IV Semi Open Works No. 10647 shipped from the Ware works of D Wickham & Co. Ltd on 8 January 1973. It was delivered against Order No. 30249 to BR (ER) Civil Engineers, Stanningley, Leeds, Yorkshire (West Riding). It was originally fitted with a Ford 2262E engine. Running numbers during its mainline career were DX 68003 and DB965951.

Resoration has started on MPP0007,The seat's have been removed and a start has been made removing rust and loose paint. 

 Kerry starts removing rust with a wire brush.

 

Paul makes a start with an angle grinder.

Wickham trolley,MPP0007, was moved outside today so we could have a tidy up and then put it onto a small section of track,back inside the building,so that it will easier to work on.
